This unique pine "Buffet a deux Corps" is done in the style of Louis XV. This item was probably made in the early 19th century. It is rare to find buffets in this style made in pine wood, they are typically made in walnut or cherry. The glass panels may be replacements, originally the upper doors would most probably have had a simple decorated woood panel similar to the doors beneath.
